INSEC chairperson Subodh Raj Pyakurel said that in development of Madhesh there is no lack of budget but of culture.
He expressed his views while speaking at the discussion program organised by INSEC partner organisation Nepal Disabled Society on August 24 at Bhaluwahi of Siraha. He said that 32 billion budget has been allocated for the development of Madhes.
“People must be given a right information however it could not reach to them due to the lack of proper system”, said Pyakurel. Such staffs who are not delivering proper information must be brought under legal treatment, he said.
He added “We should be ready to enforce planning made by the state, should be motivated in discussion and should end bad culture by developing a good one.”
Sharmila Karki, chairperson of Jagaran Nepal said that the state should guarantee Human Rights to its people. She further urged government to provide services to its people.
