Police have arrested Sagendra Rai, 31, of Limbudin in Sidingma Rural Municipality-5 on July 3, 2021, on the charge of sexually abusing a 12-year-old girl.
The victim had lodged a complaint against the accused at the District Police Office on accusing him of sexually abusing her on June 25
Inspector Kailash Kumar Adhikari of the District Police Office said that the accused was arrested on the basis of a complaint lodged by the victim.
The girl was examined at the District Hospital on July 3.
