Suraj Bayalkoti, 20, of Mangsebung Rural Municipality-4 of Ilam and Ananta Limbu, 27, of Shadananda Municipality-7 of Bhojpur was arrested on April 28, 2021, on charges of gang-raping a 14-year-old girl.
The victim had lodged a complaint at the District Police Office on April 23, 2021, claiming that she was raped by the accused on April 16.
According to Inspector Kabin Rai of the District Police Office, the accused was arrested from Khandbari Bazaar after receiving a complaint from the victim.
The girl was examined at the District Hospital on April 25.
