Police have arrested Dawa Renjan Lama, 25, of Jugal Rural Municipality-3 Gumba on January 17 on the charge of raping a 15-year-old girl.
The victim has alleged that the accused took the victim to his house on January 12 and raped her. According to Inspector Ram Chandra Ghimire of the District Police Office, the relatives of the victim lodged a complaint against the accused Lama at the Area Police Office, Jalbire on January 15.
According to Inspector Ghimire, the girl was examined at Chautara Hospital on January 16.
