INSEC has provided financial support to a 17-year-old girl victim on December 4. She was provided Rs 10,000 for the treatment after the recommendation of the District Police Office.
The victim had lodged a complaint at the District Police Office on August 18. 2020 alleging that Govinda Kewat, 20, of Siyari Rural Municipality-7, Chamkipur had been raping her for the past three years.
The victim has given birth to a son on November 12 and is undergoing treatment at the City Hospital in Butwal.
