Police have arrested Chandra Kumar Kandangwa, 35, of Atharai Rural Municipality-7on October 18 on the charges of murdering his wife Nenusa Khapung, 25.
The victim’s side had lodged a complaint with the police on October 18 accusing him of strangling the victim during a domestic dispute on October 17.
DSP Gautam Thapa informed that the accused was arrested for investigation after he came to the district hospital for the post-mortem of the victim.
The post-mortem of the body has been done at the District Hospital on October 18.
