Police have arrested a 13-year-old boy on September 28, 2020, in accusation of raping a six-year-old girl.
The victim was raped on September 27 and the complaint was filed at the District Police Office on September 28.
Inspector Manish Shrestha of the District Police Office, Parbat informed the INSEC representative over phone that the accused was arrested immediately after the complaint was lodged against him.
He said that both the victim and the accused were minors and they were handed over to their parents.
The victim has been examined at the District Hospital, Parbat on September 27.
