Police arrested two individuals on October 22, 2025, on charges of vandalizing the Ward No. 11 Office of Phidim Municipality.
According to police, Birbal Shankar, 28 and Bhim Subedi, 32 both residents of Phidim Municipality–11, were arrested for allegedly vandalizing the ward office building located in Tritiya Bazaar, Phidim–11, the same day.
Police reported that the vandalism caused the glass panes of 22 windows in the building to be shattered.
