Police have arrested 53-year-old Kul Bahadur BK, of Shantinagar Rural Municipality-1 Bankkhet, on the charge of raping a 65-year-old woman on September 15.
Ajay Jung Thapa, Inspector, the District Police Office Khalatpur said that the victim was arrested based on the complaint which alleged that the accused had raped her on September 15.
Thakur Prasad Pokhrel, DSP of the Area Police Office Tulsipur informed that the aggrieved party filed a complaint at the Area Police Office, Tulsipur on September 16.
The health examination of the victim was done at Rapti Provincial Hospital, Tulsipur on September 16.
