Police arrested Apis Chaudhary, 21 alias Jerry, of Butwal Submteropolitan-11, on May 29, on charges of sexually abusing a 15-year-old girl.
The victim’s family filed a complaint on May 31, accusing Chaudhary of sexually abusing the victim on May 23.
The victim underwent a medical examination on May 29 at the Lumbini Provincial Hospital.
