Police arrested Kulprasad Shrestha, 46 of Malarani Rural Municipality-1, Arghakhanchi, currently living in Motipur, Butwal Sub-Metropolitan City-17, on 28 November for sexually abusing a 12-year-old girl.
The aggrieved party filed a complaint at the Butwal Area Police Office on 28 November, alleging that the accused sexually abused the girl on 23 November. The victim underwent a medical examination at Lumbini Provincial Hospital, Butwal, on 28 November.
