Saila Tamang, 47 of Charuwa Namobuddha Municipality-3 was arrested by police on November 8, 2025, on. charges of sexually abusing a 12-year-old girl on October 26, 2025.
The victim’s mother had filed a complaint against the accused at the District Police Office, Dhulikhel, on November.
