The study of Mahabaudhha Secondary School at Namkha Rural Municipality-5 is affected due to the shortage in teachers.
There is just one post for the teacher in secondary level at Mahabauddha Secondary School however, there is compulsory post for at least four teachers according to teacher Laxman Thapa.
From the last year, the study of class 11 and 12 are affected due to the lack of teacher according to the student Pema Dolkar Lama.
The problem is due to the lack of initiation by the education coordination committee. There are 350 students studying from standard one to 12. While informing about the issue to the Chief District Officer Dholak Raj Dhakal, he said that it will be solved by coordinating with education unit.
