Police arrested Gorbahadur BK, 53, of Jaljala Rural Municipality-6, on July 1, on charges of raping a 12-year-old girl.
The victim’s family filed a complaint at the District Police Office, Parvat, on July 1, accusing BK of raping the victim on June 28.
The victim underwent a medical examination on July 2 at the Provincial Hospital in Kush.
