Police arrested a 20-year-old man, Rajesh Kumar Mahato a resident of Sukhipur Municiplaity -10 on the charges of commission of offence of rape of an 18-year-old girl.
The victim informed that a complaint was lodged at Area Police Office, Golbazar on April 21 2026 on the accusation of commission of rape on March 4 2026.
Sudan KC, Inspector at Area Police Office Golabazar informed the incident related investigation is underway.
The victim’s medial examination was conducted on April 21 2026 at Provincial Hospital in Siraha.
