Police arrested Prem Bahadur BK, 50, of Rapti Rural Municipality-4, on May 17, on charges of raping a 13-year-old girl on May 16.
The victim’s family filed a complaint at the Ward Police Office on May 17, accusing BK of raping the victim.
The victim underwent a medical examination on May 17 at Rapti Academy of Health Sciences.
