Police arrested Krishna Prasad Binda, 29, of Sundodhan Rural Municipality-2, on May 11, on charges of raping a 17-year-old girl.
The victim’s family filed a complaint at the District Police Office on May 11, accusing Binda of raping the victim on May 5.
The victim underwent a medical examination on May 12 at Kapilbastu Hospital, Taulihawa.
