Police arrested Tek Bahadur Chaudhary, 46, of Ghodaghodi Municipality-12 on May 6 on charges of raping a 17-year-old girl with intellectual disability and cognitive impairment.
The victim’s family filed a complaint on May 6 at the Area Police Office, Sakkhud, accusing Chaudhary of raping the girl on May 5.
The victim underwent a medical examination on May 7 at Seti Provincial Hospital.
