Police arrested Shiva Shankar Ale Magar, 45, alias Bechu of Bardibas Municipality-13 Bijalpura, on April 20 on charges of raping a 12-year-old girl on the same day.
According to the police, the investigation took place upon the complaint filed by the victim’s family.
The victim underwent a medical examination on April 20 at Bardibas Hospital.
