Complaint Filed Against Rape Accused

According to the complaint, the accused allegedly raped the victim on October 23, 2025, resulting in a pregnancy that was five months along. The victim underwent a medical examination on April 11 at Pashupati Smriti Hospital, Charikot. The police arrested the accused for investigation according to the oral complaint filed by the victim’s family on April 11, according to Inspector Kamal Kumar Lungdel of the District Police Office.
