Police arrested Gulamudin Hajama, 21, of Phalinanda Rural Municipality-4, Laharauli, on charges of raping a 16-year-old girl on April 2.
The victim’s family filed a complaint on April 2 at the District Police Office. The victim underwent a medical examination on April 2 at the Prithvichand District Hospital, Parasi.
