Police arrested Bishal Sahani, 20, of Palinandhan Rural Municipality-1, Nawalparasi on November 8, for charges of raping a 14-year-old girl. The aggrieved party had filed a complaint at the Butwal Area Police Office on 12 November stating that the the accused has raped the victimm on November 8. The victim underwent a medical examination at Lumbini Provincial Hospital, Butwal, on November 8.
