Police have arrested Manoj Budhathoki, 27 of Orkhe Mandiradanda, Illam Municipality-7, on November 11 on the charge of raping a 30-year-old woman.
According to the police, the victim filed a complaint at the District Police Office on November 7, alleging that the accused had raped her on November 2, 2025.
Based on the complaint, the police arrested the accused for investigation.
The victim underwent a medical examination at the District Hospital on November 11.
