Police have arrested Gyan Bahadur Tamang, 35 of Khanigaun, Panauti Municipality-1 on charges of raping a 63-year-old single women.
The victim was raped on October 21, 2025 and registered a complaint at the Area Police Office, Dhulikhel on October 26 against the accused.
The victim underwent a medical examination on October 21 at Dulikhel Hospital.
