A complaint has been filed against Keshav Prasad Dahal,60, of Dhangadhimai Municipality-11 for allegedly raping a 28-year-old woman with mental disability. The aggrieved party filed the complaint on October 22 at the Lahan Police Station alleging that the accused had raped the victim on October 19. The victim underwent a medical examination on October 22 at the Provincial Hospital in Lahan. DSP Kailash Rai stated that the accused is currently absconding and they are searching for him.
