The district Court of Palpa has ordered to sentence Karan Karki, 20 of Mubhunga-7 for eight years after finding him guilty on raping 13 years old girl.
A single bench of District Court judge Dilli Raman Tiwari had given a vedict regarding the case on December 20. The court has also ordered to compensate Rs 20,000 to the victim.
The accused had raped a girl on March 13, 2014 and complaint against him was lodged at District Police Office on March 14.
