Police have arrested 13 years old boy on September 28 on charge of raping a nine years old girl.
The victim’s party had lodged a complaint at District Police office of Diktel on September 26 against the accused on charge of raping a girl. The police have arrested the victim from his house on September 26.
According to the inspector Nawal Kishore Pradhan of District Police Office, the girl underwent a health checkup at District Hospital of Khotang on September 28.
