Lokendra Nath Yogi, 24 from Junichande Rural Municipality–3, Jajarkot District, was arrested by the police on October 5, 2025 for allegedly behaving rudely toward police officers on duty by claiming identifying as “Gen-Z.”
According to Inspector Hari Ram Dangi of the District Police Office, Jajarkot, on the afternoon of October 5, the accused, who was reportedly under the influence of intoxicants, was lying on the road in front of the temporary police post at Suyada. When a police officer on duty tried to remove him from the road and question him, the accused verbally abused the officer and attempted physical aggression while claiming he was Gen-Z. He was arrested, and an investigation was initiated regarding his misconduct.
Inspector Dangi further stated that for additional investigation, the accused was kept in custody with a six-day extension granted by the District Administration Office, Jajarkot, on October 7.
