The father of the 14-year-old girl, who was raped a month ago, has lodged a complaint at the Area Police Office, Tharmare on August 29, urging for help since she was missing from August 28.
The girl’s father told the INSEC representative, “My daughter, was with her family all day on August 28, went to her room after eating at around 8 pm.” After some time, we did not see her there and even after searching everywhere, we did not find her. We have lodged a complaint with the police. ‘
DSP Dhakendra Khatiwada of the District Police Office Salyan informed that they were searching for the girl after receiving the complaint.
The victim had lodged a complaint at the Area Police Office, Tharmare on August 24 alleging that Ram Chandra KC, 36, principal of Bright Roseland Boarding School in Bagchaur Municipality had repeatedly raped her.
The girl’s family alleges that the accused may have abducted her to influence the issue.
