Court has declared eight years’ imprisonment to 24-year-old uncle for raping his 18-year-old niece.
The decision was taken by the bench of judge Prakash Kumar Adhikari on 7 July 2020, informed Shrestedar Rudra Mani Giri.
The victim was raped on 24 November 2019 and the complaint was filed at the District Police Office on 19 December 2019.
Health checkup of the victim was conducted on 19 December 2019.
