Court has declared five years’ imprisonment to 30-year-old son for attempting to rape his 50-year-old mother. The declaration was made on 2 July 2020.
The decision was taken by the bench of Judge Indira Sharma. The guilty was also charged Rs 50 thousand as a compensation, informed Shrestedar Durga Prasad Khanal to INSEC’s representative in a phone conversation.
The accused had attempted to rape the victim on 27 October 2019 and the complaint was filed on 4 November 2019.
Health checkup of the victim was conducted on 4 November 2019.
