Complaint was filed against Dinesh Rai Yadav (21) of Kabilas Municipality-8, Sarlahi at the District Police Office, Dolakha on 9 March 2020 accusing him of raping a 13-year-old. The victim was raped on 22 January, informed Inspector Rabin Bohora.
The accused was arrested from Bigu Rural Municipality-5, informed Bohora. Health checkup of the victim was conducted at the Primary Health Center of Charikot on 7 March 2020.
