Police have arrested 14-year-old boy on August 31 on charge of raping an eight years old girl. The victim’s party had lodged a complaint at Area Police Office on August 28 accusing him of raping a girl on August 18 according to Inspector Nabin Kishore Pradhan.
The victim underwent a health check up at District Hospital of Khotang on August 29.
