Police has arrested Dilli Bahadur Magar, 40, of Ratuwamai Municipality-7 on charge of sexually abusing a 14 years old boy on 8 September.
SP Bishwo Adhikari of District Police Office said accused Magar was arrested as per the complaint filed by victim’s family on 8 September at Area Police Office, Sijuwa stating the sexual abuse incident happened on 3 September.
SP Adhikari added accused Magar was arrested for investigation under Criminal (Code) Act, 2074 for unnatural sexual abuse.
Victim boy’s health checkup was conducted at Koshi Zonal Hospital on 8 September.
