Police have arrested 36 years old Ganga Bahadur Budathoki of Phedap Rural Municipality-1 on June 30 on charge of attempting to rape 62 years old elderly woman.
The victim’s party on June 30 had lodged complaint against the accused at District Police Office on charge of attempting to rape on June 29. He was controlled for the further investigation according to DSP Tek Bahadur Karki of District Police Office.
The woman underwent health checkup at District Hospital on June 30 according to the police.
