Geeta Kumari Jaisi, 32 of Khandachakra Municipality-1 has lodged complaint against her husband Dan Bahadur Shahi, 32 on charge of beating and expelling her from the house.
The victim’s party have accused that the woman was expelled along with her three months old son after beating her by the husband.
The victim is a second wife of an accused and she was being mentally tortured by an accused from a long time according to the victim’s family.
