Police have arrested 21 years old Kabi Seikh of Bharatpur Metropolis-5 on charge of raping 13 years old girl.
The victim was raped by an accused on April 13 and complaint was lodged by the victims herself at police on April 14. She underwent health checkup at Bharatpur Hospital on same day the complaint was made.
