The District Court of Udaypur has ordered to sentence 15 years old boy for nine months on charge of sexual abuse on three years old girl. The convict was released on a bail amount prior to the court decision.
A single bench of District Court judge Tejendra Sapkota had given the verdict regarding the case. The court ordered to keep the boy in child improvement center just because of being under aged.
The victim was sexually abused by the convict on September 11 and complaint was lodged at District Police Office.
She underwent health checkup at District Hospital on a same day. Based on a complaint lodged by the victim’s family the convict was arrested by the police and was released on a bail amount of Rs 50,000 on October 8.
