Police have arrested two cadres of Biplov led Nepal Communist Party according to the Area Police Office of Anarmani. They were arrested after the government-imposed restriction on their any activities.
DSP Mahesh Khadka of Area Police Office has confirmed that District Secretary Deepen Rai and District Member Hom Dahal were arrested on April 3. Police said that the investigation is undergoing regarding the incident.
