Police have arrested four cadres of Nepal Communist Party led by Biplov in a clash with police at Ramaroshan Rural Municipality-4 on March 27. Police had to open fire during the clash.
The arrested were District member Suresh Saud affiliated to NCP led Biplove, Rajendra Dhami, Suresh Raut and Bhumisara Dhami.
Police said that they had opened fire in a retaliation. District in charge Sher Bahadur B.K of Biplov led NCP was injured while fleeing the scene according to CDO Janak Bahadur Shahi of Achham.
