A team of Police deployed from headquarter have arrested four cadres of Biplov led NCP based on an information that the party is operating its activities in the area.
The arrested were 33 years old Shiva Dhimal of Thankot, 30 years old Nrip Bahadur B.K of Dang, 31 years old Dikendra Rai of Temkemaiyum Bhojpur and 33 years old Bishal Tamang of Sindhupalchok.
Police had opened four rounds of bullet during the arrest and all the arrestees were taken to Kathmandu.
Police said that pamphlets and reports along with disseminating materials were recovered from the cadres.
They were also charged of being involved in an explosion in NCELL tower in Lalitpur killing one person.
