The victim’s mother of 15 years old girl lodged complaint at Area Police Office of Chandranigahapur on March 17 against 18 years old Seikh Hasan Mansuri on charge of rape on March 16.
The victim was raped by an accused in a field on the night of March 16. A verbal complaint against the accused was lodged at police and victim underwent health checkup at Chandranigahapur Hospital. Inspector Santosh Pathak of Area Police Office said that the victim was raped multiple times previously.
The accused is at large and search for him is undergoing according to the police.
