Police have arrested 60 years old father-in-law on charge of raping 23 years old woman.
The victim was at large after the incident and was arrested on March 7 by police according to DSP Madhav Prasad Shrestha of DPO.
The victim had lodged complaint against her father-in-law at police office on January 16. The victim on January 16 underwent a health checkup at District Hospital of Ilam.
