The District Court of Parbat has ordered to sentence 50 years old Principal Khil Prasad Paudel of Majhigaun Elementary School for five years after finding him guilty on sexual violence on children.
He was arrested by the police on July 19 on charge of sexual violence on seven, 10 and 12 years old girls.
The violence was revealed after the students started to some unusual activities in front of their parents. It was also revealed that they were being victim of sexual violence since one year. The victim’s party lodged complaint at District Police office of Parbat on July 20.
A single bench of District Court judge Surya Bahadur Thapa had given the verdict regarding the case.
