The District Court of Dang has ordered to sentence 26 years old Durga Pun of Bangalachuli Rural Municipality-2 for seven years on charge of raping 15 years old girl.
A single bench of District Court judge Ishwori Prasad Gautam ordered to sentence him after finding him guilty on rape.
The victim was raped by an accused on June 6 luring her for marriage.
The victim’s party lodged complaint at District Police Office on June 10 against the accused and on a same day he was arrested. The victim underwent health checkup at Rapti Institute of health and science on June 11.
