The District Court of Dang has ordered to sentence 26 years old Rajesh Pariyar of Tulsipur sub metropolitan-9 for eight years after finding him guilty on raping 15 years old girl.
A single bench of District Court judge Hemanta Rawal had given the verdict on December 14 regarding the incident. The court has also ordered for the compensation of Rs 40,000 to the victim from the convict.
The accused had raped a girl on March 11 inside one hotel at Tulsipur and was arrested by the police when attempting to take her to India.
