Continuous Hearing on rape and sexual incident will be initiated: Attorney General Kharel

Attorney General Agni Prasad Kharel said that planning to process continuous hearing on incident of rape and sexual abuses has been forwarded to end such kind of serious abuses.

Speaking at the program held in Gaighat of Udayapur on November 29, attorney general Kharel said that preparation for continuous hearing process planning has been initiated in court to conclude the cases of rape, sexual abuses and violences.

He added that this planning is to demotivate the increasing incidents of rape and sexual abuses across the country.

This process will be able to deliver justice to the victim and there will be very minimum chances to settle the serious cases of such abuses.

He also claimed that this has transformed the old legal system to new and it has been modernized.

He urged that justice is for the citizen’s satisfaction and it must not be limited to paper and process must be forwarded.
