Police have arrested 21 years old Sarpharad Miya of Melamchi Municipality-11 on November 11 on charge of sexual violence on 16 years old girl.
The victim said that she was taken by the accused in a motorbike luring her a lift and conducted a sexual violence on her.
Police said that the victim’s party had lodged complaint at Area Police Office of Melamchi on November 4. She underwent a health checkup at Primary Health Centre on a same day.
