Police have arrested 13 years old boy on October 26 on charge of raping 8 years old girl.
The victim’s party had lodged complaint at Area Police Office of Pashupatinagar against the accused on October 24.
Inspector Hem Raj Oli of DPO said that the accused will be charged under the rape act.
The victim underwent health checkup at Phikkal Primary Health Centre.
