Police have arrested 37 years old Kasinath Singh of Bharchauraha Panchayat-12, 25 years old Ugan Sahani, 30 years Mukesh Sahani and 25 years old Bijaya Yadav on charge of gang rape on 16 years old girl.
The victim was gang raped on October 22 and complaint was lodged at District Police Office of Siraha on October 23 and the victim underwent health checkup at District Hospital of Siraha.
According to SP Jeevan Kumar Shrestha of DPO said that accused were arrested on October 23 and legal process has been initiated.
